Crynodeb
Medical Receptionist duties include ability to learn our clinical system, answering telephones, booking appointments via the online rota, being IT literate, treating people with dignity and respect. Successful candidates will also be provided with further training on clinical correspondence (workflow) and there will be an expectation that some of this work forms part of the role.
