Join our supportive and dynamic maternity team, delivering high-quality care to women and families across hospital and community settings. What Youll Do Provide holistic, evidence-based care, assessing, planning, and evaluating womens needs. Administer medicines safely, perform clinical procedures, and respond to emergencies. Advocate for women and families, promoting health and wellbeing. Work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and contributing to a 24-hour on-call rota. Support, supervise, and teach staff and students, promoting ongoing learning and professional development. Professional Standards Uphold the NMC Code and Trust policies, maintaining your professional competence and mandatory training. Act as a positive role model, offering guidance and support across the team. Ensure safeguarding standards are met for adults and children. Leadership & Development Coordinate care for a caseload of women, supporting ward management and contributing to audits, research, and service improvement. Take part in team meetings and help create a safe, welcoming, and efficient ward environment. Contribute to innovative practice, evidence-based improvements, and patient feedback initiatives.
