Crynodeb
Lead and develop Trustwide Facilities Services, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent delivery. Manage significant budgets and deliver agreed efficiencies and CIPs. Oversee contract management for all soft FM services, including PFI arrangements. Provide specialist expert advice on all aspects of Facilities and soft FM. Drive performance improvement, quality assurance and customer focused service delivery. Lead multidisciplinary teams including Housekeeping, Catering, Portering, Waste, Linen, Transport and Sterile Services. Ensure strong governance, risk management and audit compliance.
