Senior QS / Commercial Manager - Luxury Stone Contractor - Super Prime Residential / Hotels
I have an urgent requirement for one of my clients, a specialist contractor on internal and external stonework across multiple projects both in London and internationally.
The client is an international contractor and part of a group who have a global T/O of c.£500m.The role is based in the client's office in the West End and involve visiting sites, primarily in London as well as potentially overseas.
The successful candidate will have a contracting background, whether main contractor or subcontractor or both - Joinery / Stone / Fit Out experience is a plus, though not essential.
Experience of commercially managing your own projects from start to finish is key.
There's poteential opportunity for the right individual to progress into a Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Director role.
