Following our recent recruitment we are seeking an HR Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of HR within our multi-faceted Community.
Hours – 30-35 hours per week (this could be job share)
Pay – starting salary will be commensurate with experience and range from £30,000 up to £34,000 (pro-rata) for the right candidate.
As we move through a period of change, we are looking for candidates who can create opportunities to bring out the best in people and uphold values and standards. Could you play an active part in building teams in our values-led organisations and ensure our policy and practice aligns with our values and supporting wellbeing and development of individuals and teams.
Loch Arthur Community started in 1984 and includes many interrelated elements. The include shared living, day-placements, farming and gardening, production, craft and trading activities, fund-raising and much more. There are 80 people living in the community of whom 29 are in supported tenancies and 12 supported day-attenders. In addition, there are more than 80 people employed in various roles throughout the charity.
The role will include :
HR Strategy and Leadership, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Wellbeing, Policy and Compliance, Learning and Development, HR Administration, and Governance.
Loch Arthur offers access to our workplace pension scheme after 3 months of employment and contributes an additional 10% of your salary to that scheme. Other staff benefits include 6.6 weeks annual leave, subsidised lunches from our Farm Shop Cafe and a discount in the Farm Shop.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Applicants are required to have an existing right to work in the UK.
