The role will include hands-on training to learn about the company's products and systems while providing technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This role includes participating in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as assisting in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. Trainees collaborate closely with experienced engineers and team members, gaining valuable insights into engineering processes and best practices.

THE ROLE:
Responsibilities
Delivering, installing and demonstrating machines to customers
Maintenance and repairs of multifunctional machines
Attending training courses and service meetings as requested
Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated
Promoting company products and feeding any relevant information back to the sales department
Remote and onsite IT support
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Motivated to train as Service Photocopier Engineer.
IT literate – familiar with Microsoft environments.
Excellent communication skills, suitable for a business customer facing role.
Confident in driving across the area.
