Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Lecturer in Maths and English to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of learners while contributing to a dynamic academic environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Lecturer in Maths and English, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to students. Your main duties will involve:
Delivering and managing inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard.
Assisting with curriculum design, development, and quality improvement.
Monitoring student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing targeted support.
Engaging with digital and face-to-face teaching tools to enhance student learning.
Contributing to the academic community through research, scholarship, and professional practice.
