We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic medical environment. What We’re Looking For
Professional
Registered RGN with the NMC (essential)
Evidence of continuous professional development
Clear understanding of Duty of Care and NMC standards
Experience
Minimum 4 year post-registration experience
Competent in clinical assessments and care planning
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and reporting
General
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time-management skills
Ability to lead and delegate
Key Responsibilities
Safe & Effective Care
Complete assessments and develop person-centred care plans
Review care plans regularly to reflect residents’ needs and preferences
Administer medication safely in line with policy and NICE guidance
Maintain infection prevention and control standards
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
Accountability
Adhere to the NMC Code and revalidation requirements
Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Recognise and respond promptly to changes in residents’ condition
Communication
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records
Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and professionals
Report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and changes in condition
Leadership & Team Support
Lead and support care staff during shifts
Provide guidance, supervision, and clinical support
Promote equality, inclusion, and best practice
Working Hours & Shifts
This role is available on a part-time basis.
Shift patterns are flexible and will be discussed and agreed at interview, based on the needs of the service and the successful candidate’s availability.
