Deliver one-to-one care that truly makes a difference
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to support a
complex care client in their own home in Neath. This is a rewarding
community nursing role focused on continuity, safety, and high-quality
clinical care in a calm, familiar environment.
This is a complex community care package supporting a client in their own
home. Due to a genuine occupational requirement, female-only applicants will
be considered. You must hold a full UK driving licence. You must be able to
commit to a two-week rolling rota, or ad hoc shifts with notice.
You will work with one client at a time. No rushed visits. No ward pressures.
Just time to deliver care properly.
Your role
As a Community Care Registered Nurse, you will:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in a home setting
Manage complex clinical needs with confidence and compassion
Administer medication and treatments accurately
Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns when needed
Work closely with families and the wider care team
Maintain clear and accurate clinical records and care plans
What we are looking for
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
Experience in complex care, community care, or similar clinical settings
Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
A calm and professional approach in a one-to-one environment
A strong commitment to dignity, respect, and patient safety
