Community Care Assistant Job in Plymouth £16.07 to £19.99 per hour. Shift pattern Nights available - undetermined at this time - adhoc days all 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am About the role This is a long term, consistent placement supporting one client in their own home and within the community. Your responsibilities Provide personal care and daily living support. Assist with an exercise programme and mobility needs. Prepare meals and drinks. Support with light administrative tasks. Drive and accompany the client to work and community activities. Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times. What you need At least six months of paid UK care experience, or relevant personal care experience. Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility. A full UK driving licence.
