What will the Learning and Development Manager role involve?

• Designing and implementing technical training programmes that enhance key operational skills and capabilities.
• Partnering with technical experts and stakeholders to develop engaging learning content aligned with organisational strategies.
• Creating innovative learning solutions that respond to evolving industry demands and organisational needs.
• Using workforce planning insights to identify future technical skill requirements and address gaps proactively.
• Assessing the impact of training initiatives to ensure they deliver measurable value and support business objectives.
• Facilitating workshops, coaching, and knowledge sharing sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Working closely with HR and leadership teams to embed learning into broader talent development and organisational growth plans.


Suitable Candidate for the Learning and Development Manager vacancy:

• Experience in designing and delivering technical training within a technology or data-focused environment.
• Knowledge of learning principles and content development; strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and influence at all organisational levels.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative learning programmes and evaluating their effectiveness.
