Titan Recruitment Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established client based in Clevedon, who are expanding their production team and seeking experienced CNC Programmers, Setters, and Operators to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
You will play a key part in producing high-quality components using a range of CNC machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled machinists looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing environment.
⚠ Please note: This role requires candidates who are fully experienced and competent in CNC programming, setting, and operating. Applicants must be able to hit the ground running with no training required.
Key Responsibilities
Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components
Working to engineering drawings and tight tolerances
Performing quality checks to ensure parts meet specification
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Carrying out routine machine maintenance
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
Ability to read and work confidently from technical drawings
High attention to detail and quality
Proactive and reliable work attitude
Must have all relevant experience — this is not a trainee role and no training will be provided
