Pay: £12.40 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 21 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rolling rota – 3 days on / 3 days off
Shift Times: 08:00 – 14:00 (6-hour shifts)

Towy Castle Care Home is looking for a reliable and hardworking Domestic to join our housekeeping team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring our home remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff.

Your Responsibilities
Undertaking cleaning duties throughout the home
Cleaning residents’ bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times
Following infection control and health & safety procedures
Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
Working respectfully around residents, maintaining privacy and dignity
Reporting maintenance or cleaning concerns to senior staff
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous cleaning or domestic experience preferred
✔ Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
✔ Reliable and able to work independently
✔ Friendly and respectful approach when working around residents
✔ Ability to follow cleaning schedules and infection control procedures
