We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing site based at Hams Hall Industrial Estate. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, weekly pay from day one, and long-term ongoing work.
Pay & Hours:
- £14.27 per hour - paid weekly from day one
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts:
- 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM
The Role:
This role involves assembling car bumpers as part of a busy automotive production line. You will be using machinery and production equipment to support the manufacturing and assembly process.
Key duties include:
- Assembling components of vehicle bumpers to required specifications
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Material handling
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial
- Experience using machinery in a production environment is advantageous
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
