Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a keen ability to identify and meet client needs. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored packages.
Creating invoices and following procedures to book logistics and service calls
Maintain shop presentation and POS
Deal with SAGE & other basic programmes
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to increase knowledge on appliances and brands.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in using SAGE software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service is essential.
