*Knowledge of current decarbonisation of Textile industry.
*Good understanding of Textile industry processes and methods.
*sound knowledge of Textile industry certifications and Sustainability requirements.
* Should have strong knowledge in different types of Textile Marketing,
Consultancy on Textile Dyes and Auxiliary, Fabric Merchandising, sourcing,
(suppliers and factory both in local and foreign market), development,
garments production, coordinating, sampling, doing consumption, costing,
commercial.
• Very much sound and experienced for all kinds of knit Garment
production, inspection, development, Lab testing, Quality standards.
• Strong technical knowledge of yarn, fabric constructions and weights,
spinning, knitting, dyeing, finishing, washing etc.
• Should have both production and buying (sourcing, Quality control,
merchandising, coordinating) experience.
• Strong ability to give solutions /decisions about Marketing, Lab
Testing. Consultancy, Fabric Garments related issues.
• Should have Sound knowledge about international apparel marketing/trend/fashion.
• Have sound knowledge in international quality standard of Textile
products of different buyers.
• Should have High level of integrity and business ethics.
• Sound in knowledge of production planning
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and decision making skills
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Able to work both in a team and individually.
• Good organizational skills and willing to learn new skills.
Computer Literacy : Windows XP, Office XP & Internet.
