Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Cardiac Rehabilitation Senior Exercise Specialist toprovide Leadership to our team of exercise physiologists and with the MDT develop the cardiac rehabilitation service.

The post is based at Local community settings in Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forrest

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, with strong leadership qualities & who is flexible, confident, with a keen interest in Service Development/improvement.



To Lead on the exercise physiology component - exercise prescription for cardiovascular endurance, exercise and resistance training within a cardiac rehabilitation setting.

To lead on professional development of B5 cardiac rehabilitation exercise physiologists

To Identify, develop and implement appropriate monitoring systems to enable comprehensive service evaluation of the physical activity / exercise component. Engage in effective partnership working to promote quality, continuity of care and a cost-effective service
