Summary

United Support Group CIC is looking for a SEND Practitioner to join our friendly, values-led team supporting children, young people, adults and families with autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where relationships matter. You’ll work directly with families, offering practical support, guidance and confidence-building.

We welcome applications from people with professional and/or lived experience of neurodiversity.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting children, young people and adults with SEND in the community

Working alongside parents/carers to build understanding and confidence

Delivering 1:1 and small group support sessions

Helping families navigate SEND-related systems and services

Signposting to education, health and community support

Attending meetings with schools and professionals when needed

Keeping clear, proportionate records of your work

Some evening work may be required (agreed in advance).
