The Recruitment Crowd is expanding and we are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants to join our temporary agency workforce.
This role is agency-based work, providing staffing cover across a range of UK healthcare and residential settings. It is not a permanent or full-time position, and hours cannot be guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited to professionals who understand and value the flexibility of agency work.

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 6 months’ paid experience working in UK healthcare, gained within the UK, in one of the following roles:
Support Worker
Healthcare Assistant
This experience must be within a UK healthcare or residential care setting. Unfortunately, applications without this experience will not be progressed.
The Role
As an Agency Support Worker, you will:
Deliver safe, engaging, and person-centred support
Support individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs
Follow established care plans and contribute to positive outcomes
Maintain clear and accurate daily records (medication, activities, progress, incidents)
Support service users with appointments and community activities
Work professionally within different teams and environments
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months UK healthcare experience (essential)
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities
Confident, reliable, and professional approach to care
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, not essential)
Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
