She is looking for a personal assistant who is fun but can be calm and patient and will take the time to get to know her.

Duties
Assistance with all personal care, including washing dressing, managing toileting needs.
Support with food preparation and eating and drinking.
Household duties.
Support to access the community, maintain friendships, hobbies and outings.
Morning and evening routine to prepare for bed.
Working Pattern
Working times are flexible and include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Essential Requirements
Female staff only.
Willingness to learn from the individual and the staff who know her well.
Proficient English language skills (spoken and written) are required to ensure the safety of the person being supported and to allow clear communication in the role.
Be calm and patient.
Be reliable, flexible and a good time keeper.
Comfortable with dogs.
Able to push a wheelchair.
Able to work alone after a period of training and shadow shifts.
Full driving license.
Desired Requirements
Experience of supporting an individual with complex needs is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
This role has a genuine occupational requirement for a woman, as permitted under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010, because the duties include personal care such as assistance with bathing and toileting in a single-sex care setting
