Crynodeb
To support the development of programmes that address Children and Young People Public Health in accordance with national and local policy To develop working relationships with key stakeholders across all partner organisations to facilitate effective cross boundary working across Bromley, South East London, regionally and nationally. Lead the development of a collaborative partnership approach by supporting multi-agency childhood obesity group. Lead multi-agency work to strengthen pathways in Bromley, implementing best practice to improve co-ordinated approaches to support children and young people Lead the commissioning and performance management of contracts with community provider organisations Plan and review commissioning cycles for CYP Programmes and liaise with relevant departments (such as Procurement, Legal and HR) in developing business cases Lead in developing provider development and quality management for Public Health contracts, in particular for children and young peoples services Contribute to the strategic development of Public Health practice and corporate responsibilities as part of the Public Health Department Management Team. Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required to ensure the efficient and effective running of the organisation Directly line manage Business Support Officers, supervise and appraise in line with the organisations policy and guidance
