Beechwood Industries Ltd is a Landscape, Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture company which is situated in the heart of Cheshire, working across the Northwest.
Due to the company’s progressive growth, we are seeking career driven individuals with a focus on providing a high level of customer service. We are looking for landscape professionals at various levels of experience to be part of the team long term and grow with the company.
We are looking for Landscapers of all experience levels to join our team and develop within the company.
Our Landscaping Department has established a clear, supported progression route designed to take motivated team members from the ground up into leadership positions. This journey is fuelled by:
• Hands-on Tools: Master technical skills across soft landscaping.
• Active Mentoring: Learn from professionals who have been in your boots.

Technical Capability:
• Sufficient recognised qualifications and confidence in ability to perform tasks associated with the job role you are applying for
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Strong understanding of industry safety standards and site compliance
• Ability to care for, maintain, and manage tools and equipment
Leadership Potential:
• Clear, professional coordination with crew members and polite, informative interactions with clients on-site.
• Organised approach to task planning and site coordination
• Willingness to coach, guide, and support less experienced team members
• Calm, reliable presence on site and a positive role model for others
Professional Approach:
• Good organisational skills and time management
• Comfortable taking responsibility for site paperwork and safety briefings

0-12 months – Labourer / Trainee Landscaper
£28,500–£29,133: Working on construction site under supervision to good working standards. Learning the trade as you progress, equipment care and maintenance and site safety awareness.
Essential qualifications/experience:
• CSCS card
12-24 months – Skilled worker/ Trainee Supervisor:
£29,133–£29,578 (Plus Training Investment): Undertake tasks to a high standard. Receive training to develop more advanced landscaping skills and leadership capabilities
Essential qualifications/experience:
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card
24-36 months – Team Leader / Senior Supervisor
£30,888–£33,228: Supervising tasks to a high standard, provide mentorship to other members of staff and work closely with management regarding job productivity and H&S. Ability to read plans and actively communicate with site management, deliver site work to a high standards and on time.
Essential qualifications/experience:
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card
• SSSTS
36+ months- Senior Forman / Assistant Manager
£39,000–£44,000: Spearheads staff development, job quality and safety. Assist’s management with operations, estimations and strategic decision making.
Essential qualifications/experience:
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS card
• SSSTS
