As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a Quality Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN with strong knowledge of the veterinary nursing sector and apprenticeships to join our leading awarding organisation.

The Role

As the Quality Manager (Veterinary Nursing), you will safeguard the quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance of our Veterinary Nursing qualifications and End Point Assessments across the UK.

This role ensures that all qualification content, delivery, and assessment practices meet the standards set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the relevant UK qualification regulatory bodies.

Acting as our primary liaison with the RCVS, you’ll maintain a strong, collaborative relationship to ensure that qualification frameworks, assessment methodologies, and quality assurance processes remain aligned with current professional and regulatory expectations.

You will also oversee the quality assurance of all providers delivering our veterinary nursing qualifications, ensuring consistent, high-quality learner experiences and robust assessment decisions. This includes managing the External Quality Assurance (EQA) team, monitoring provider performance, and ensuring that assessment outcomes are fair, valid, and reliable.

About You

To be considered as a Quality Manager, you will need:

- Experience working as an RVN within the UK
- Experience of the veterinary nursing sector
- Experience of apprenticeships
- Experience of project and/or event management
- Experience working to budgets and targets
- Experience managing key stakeholders and customers
- Knowledge of the Veterinary Nursing apprenticeship standard
- Knowledge and an understanding of the veterinary nursing sector
- Professional integrity
- To be detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience
- A commitment to learning
- A full, valid driving licence, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel occasionally
