Experienced Multi-Trader – Property Maintenance (Plymouth & Surrounds)
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team maintaining and refurbishing properties across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
General property maintenance and repairs
Void property refurbishments and turnarounds
Basic plumbing, tiling, joinery, painting, and decorating, plastering,
Working independently and keeping properties clean and tidy

Requirements:
Proven multi-trade experience (essential)
Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy
Driving licence preferred
Own tools preferred
Details:
Permanent, full-time (minimum 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
Self-employed position, paid weekly
Competitive pay: £17–£21/hour
