KS2 Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately
These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Haverhill and the surrounding areas, delivering high‑quality learning experiences across Key Stage 2.Duties as KS2 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum following provided plans
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well‑organised learning environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to support a wide range of learning needs
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress when required
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with staff teams and contribute to wider school life during longer‑term placements

Ideal KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Positive, adaptable, and committed to high‑quality teaching
• Able to build supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
