Job/Person Summary
Bold Futures Federation is an exciting, unique collection of schools that are fast-paced, have outstanding CPD opportunities and an incredible team of teachers. Serving a dynamic and diverse community, the federation excels at sharing best practice and supporting our teachers to reach their full potential. We learn together and strive to provide an exemplary education for children in an environment where every learning minute counts.
All 3 schools within the federation have had recent Ofsted Inspections and reports we are especially proud of. Talavera Junior School retained their outstanding judgement and both Wellington and Marlborough having outstanding areas including Leadership and Management.
We are looking for a class teacher to join our vibrant team in September 2026. This could be a full-time position; however, we are open to part-time applicants.
Our federation has leading teachers who are brilliant models and we are a Maths Mastery Hub School alongside a Literacy Tree Flagship School. We celebrate our diverse communities which bring vibrancy and energy to our classrooms.

• Sets high expectations for themselves and their pupils
• Can teach children the skills they need to become independent learners
• Has excellent knowledge of Key Stage 2 and the expectations for learning
• Is a reflective practitioner who aspires to achieve excellence through demonstrating outstanding teaching which leads to outstanding learning
• Has excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Is a great team player who would really enjoy contributing to the school
• Demonstrates a commitment to pupils' development and pastoral care
• Is able to build strong relationships with children and meet their individual needs
