Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Fundraising Representatives to support our fundraising efforts through donor outreach, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, cultivate, and secure donations, sponsorships, or fundraising commitments
Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person meetings, and/or digital platforms
Present the organization’s mission, programs, and funding needs to prospective donors
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and fundraising progress
Meet or exceed agreed-upon fundraising targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and partners
Represent the organization professionally and ethically at all times
Compensation Structure
Commission paid as a percentage of funds raised (details specified in agreement)
No cap on earning potential
Commissions paid according to established payout schedule
Performance-based incentives may be available
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development preferred
Comfort with commission-based compensation
Passion for the organization’s mission
Reliable access to phone, internet, and basic productivity tools
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Existing donor or corporate network
Experience with profit fundraising or donor management systems
Confidence in presentations and negotiations
