Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, results-driven Fundraising Representatives to support our fundraising efforts through donor outreach, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, cultivate, and secure donations, sponsorships, or fundraising commitments
Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person meetings, and/or digital platforms
Present the organization’s mission, programs, and funding needs to prospective donors
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and fundraising progress
Meet or exceed agreed-upon fundraising targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and partners
Represent the organization professionally and ethically at all times
Compensation Structure
Commission paid as a percentage of funds raised (details specified in agreement)
No cap on earning potential
Commissions paid according to established payout schedule
Performance-based incentives may be available
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development preferred
Comfort with commission-based compensation
Passion for the organization’s mission
Reliable access to phone, internet, and basic productivity tools
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Existing donor or corporate network
Experience with profit fundraising or donor management systems
Confidence in presentations and negotiations
