Hourly Rate: £16.00–£17.00 per hour
Location: Cambridge
Start: ASAP

We’re looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a residential construction project in Cambridge, starting immediately. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable residential builder on an active site.

The Role:

You will manage on-site traffic, ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and pedestrians around the site. Your role is crucial for maintaining safety and compliance on a busy residential construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Directing site traffic safely, including vehicles, plant, and pedestrians

  
  

• Managing site access points and maintaining traffic flow

  
  

• Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and signage

  
  

• Reporting any incidents or near-misses to the Site Manager

  
  

• Assisting with deliveries and coordination of site vehicles as required

  
  Requirements:

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS tickets for traffic management or plant movement

    
    

  • CSCS card (or equivalent)

    
    

  • Strong understanding of site H&S procedures

    
    

  • Good communication and team-working skills

    
    

  • Previous experience on residential construction sites preferred
