What Can You Expect?

You would be joining us in the role of Customer Relations Manager, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Bournemouth depot, with travel to all acute and community hospitals across the Dorset area.

​This is a key healthcare management role providing on-the-ground support at discharge points, building strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, and ensuring smooth patient journeys.



Summary Of Main Duties Include:

Prioritising patient transport requirements to ensure efficient use of resources in liaison with Station Managers.
Building relationships across all discharge units, visiting clinics, and attending stakeholder meetings.
Acting as the key point of escalation for Healthcare Professionals, service-users, DPLOs (Discharge Patient Liaison Officers), and Control.
Serving as a conduit between the Trust and HTG-UK teams to troubleshoot and resolve real-time and complex operational issues.
Accurately updating confidential patient information on hospital and transport provider IT systems.
Maintaining strict patient confidentiality in line with HTG Policy and the Data Protection Act.
Attending scheduled meetings with Trust stakeholders, including daily 09:30 meetings.
Managing DPLOs effectively.
Assisting with complex patient moves and risk assessments when required.
Supporting other operational requirements of the planned contract as needed.
