✨ Your Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum

  
  

• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  
  

• Track pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

  
  

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards

  
  

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs

  
  

• Foster excellent behaviour management to ensure a calm, productive classroom

  
  

  ‍ Who We’re Looking For

  You’ll be:

  • ✅ A qualified teacher (QTS essential)

    
    

  • ✅ Experienced in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1

    
    

  • ✅ Passionate about supporting children’s academic and personal development

    
    

  • ✅ Confident in behaviour management and communication

    
    

  • ✅ Organised, flexible, and confident delivering the national curriculum

    
    

  • ✅ Available full-time
