Summary
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Up to £30,500
Work in a newly opened nursery that combines modern design with a homely, nurturing atmosphere. You’ll support children aged 0–5 in daily activities, both indoors and outdoors, helping them explore, play, and develop through learning and spontaneous discovery. The role involves hands-on care, observation, and contribution to a well-organised team of practitioners.
Before You Apply
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
- You must have recent nursery experience in a similar setting.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without practical EYFS experience.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Proven nursery experience supporting children aged 0–5
- Good knowledge of EYFS and child development principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident in maintaining ratios, safeguarding, and wellbeing standards

- Deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities in line with EYFS
