Key Responsibilities Pre-screening potential candidates and managing applications Requesting, verifying and recording right-to-work documents Carrying out employment checks and referencing Maintaining accurate recruitment records and spreadsheets Drafting contracts and completing background checks Scheduling interviews and sending invitations Liaising with internal departments to support recruitment processes Uploading documents to our applicant tracking system Answering and directing calls, posting adverts, and providing admin support
