Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director Strategic Medical Workforce, the post holder will provide direct line management and leadership to the Medical Workforce Team (Medical Recruitment, E-Systems, Medical HR, Medical Rotas). Working across the Trust, liaising with Divisions / Directorates / staff at all levels, to ensure that the Medical Workforce function is operationally efficient to deliver an effective service across the organisation. Assist with strategic planning and delivery of workforce changes, reflecting changing clinical priorities for medical staff. Communication and liaison with colleagues within Divisions, Senior / Junior medical staff, Executive Team, PGME, People Services and Medical Workforce.
