For further information please refer to the job description and person specification a) Provide a clinical pharmacy service to all non-cancer pathways at the Trust b) Support the medical and nursing teams though provision of pharmacy advice and ensure the safe and timely delivery of oncology services c) Promote the on-going Trust initiatives to continually improve patient experiences of day case chemotherapy d) Liaise with the pharmacy aseptic, dispensary and clinical teams and the multi-disciplinary team on the day units to ensure an efficient, effective and safe service is provided. e) Attend unit meetings if required. f) Participate in pharmacy initiatives within the units as appropriate.
