Summary
Core Responsibilities Communicate effectively with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff, patients, visitors, and colleagues. Maintain and continually develop professional competencies. Support the training and development of other team members. Adhere to all health, safety, fire, and security legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Undertake Bedside Security duties to assist clinical staff when required. Respond promptly and appropriately to all security and fire-related incidents. Carry out regular security patrols and associated duties. Assist with the day-to-day management of car parking across Trust property. Proactively manage crime prevention and security incidents. Ensure accurate handling and protection of data and information resources. Contribute to reducing security-related incidents across the organisation.
