We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide high‑level support to our Executive Director of Homes & Communities. If you’re organised, proactive and confident managing complex priorities—and you enjoy keeping people and projects on track—this could be the perfect next step.
What you’ll do
Act as the Executive Director’s main point of contact, building strong relationships across PCH and with external partners.
Manage a busy diary and inbox, ensuring time is used effectively and priorities stay on track.
Plan and support meetings, take accurate minutes and maintain action trackers.
Prepare clear briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Coordinate travel, events and conferences.
Support key projects by tracking progress against key milestones, highlighting risks and keeping timelines moving.
Maintain a schedule of Board reports and committee papers, monitoring submission deadlines and coordinating with project leads
Undertake horizon‑scanning to identify emerging legislation, regulatory requirements, sector developments and policy changes relevant to the Homes & Communities directorate.
Provide administrative support across recruitment, People & Culture processes and digital record management.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who
Strong Executive Assistant or senior executive support experience.
Confident managing complex schedules, stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Great communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organised, solution‑focused and able to work with discretion and professionalism.
Comfortable coordinating projects and using Microsoft 365 tools.
