This role exists to ensure our clients' facilities operate safely and efficiently. You'll be the first responder for plumbing issues, helping to maintain compliance, prevent downtime, and deliver peace of mind.
Main Duties
-Small electrical tasks
-General minor maintenance tasks mostly painting and decorating
-Minor building tasks Like Door handles, Door closers, Window handles, Blind repairs, Minor Wall repairs, Minor Floor repairs, Minor trip hazard repairs, Minor fabric repairs, etc
-Minor plumbing works: like Toilet seats, Flushes, Tap revivers, etc
What we are looking for
-Experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.
-Driving licence Full and valid UK driving licence
-Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
-Good communication and IT skills, with the ability to complete documentation accurately.
