Specialist cladding remediation contractor working on high-value UK projects. We’re delivering a £21m fire safety and façade remediation scheme in Manchester.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join us, on a fixed term contract running the length of the Project, supporting our Slough commercial team.

The role is site based in Manchester, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale developments, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

The role will primarily involve identifying additional works, gathering evidence, and issuing variation information for formal RFVs under Building Regulations. No subcontract valuations required.

Key Duties

Daily liaison with Slough Commercial Team
Spot scope variations and additional works on site
Prepare RFV evidence (photos, drawings, notes)
Maintain site commercial records
Support variation submissions and client reporting
Skills/experience

Quantity Surveying qualification/experience
Cladding remediation or façade project background
JCT contracts and variation process knowledge
Strong documentation and independent working skills
Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
We are looking for the new hire to join us as soon as possible, the Project will be running for 12 months, with the possibility of being up to 18 months.
