Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Resource Officer to join our human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing employee data, supporting recruitment processes, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your HR expertise within a dynamic organisation, utilising various HRIS platforms and administrative tools to optimise workforce management.
Duties
Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
Support recruitment activities by managing applicant tracking systems and assisting with data entry tasks.
Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is accurately processed and stored.
Utilise Salesforce and social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
Assist in organising training sessions, seminars, and internal communications to foster employee engagement.
Provide administrative support related to human resources functions, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports.
Facilitate effective communication between management and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements
Proven experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar systems.
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
Proficiency in data entry and management within various HR software tools including ATS systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce and social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable.
Previous administrative experience supporting HR functions or organisational operations.
Knowledge of Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or similar HR management systems is highly advantageous.
