About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Groundworker who holds a valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket to join our team delivering essential infrastructure projects. The role involves supporting the construction of access roads for overhead line installation as well as the installation of concrete bases for associated assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of groundwork including excavation, backfilling, grading, and general site preparation
* Assist with the construction and installation of access roads for overhead line works
* Install and shutter concrete bases to required specifications
* Safely guide vehicles and plant machinery, following Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman procedures
* Operate equipment and tools in accordance with site safety requirements
* Work effectively as part of a site team to meet project deadlines
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Groundworker on civils or utilities projects
* Valid Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket (ESSENTIAL)
* Strong awareness of health & safety practices
* Ability to work outdoors in varying site conditions
* Full UK driving licence advantageous
