Summary

A Family owned, Outstanding rated, therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for a home-based PART TIME Supervising Social Worker to look after a small group of foster families around South London. You will work 3 days per week, be based from home, and earn up to £44,000 per annum, pro rata. You will look after around 6 families, and whilst this agency grows in this region, you can have the ability to move to a full-time contract.

The ideal candidate will have fostering experience. However, adoption and safeguarding are also welcome!

Your responsibilities as the Supervising Social Worker:

  • Support foster parents and their families to achieve outstanding outcomes for all children and young people in foster care.
  • Ensure each child and foster parent are fully compliant in respect of all key documentation
  • Undertake occasional initial home visits
