We are seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join the existing team and provide essential financial and operational administrative support.
This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial processing, and strong coordination across the team.
Job Description
We are looking for someone proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-driven who enjoys working with people at all levels - from engineers to managers and clients.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop solid administrative skills while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Collect weekly engineers’ timesheets and input data into spreadsheets
Input receipts into spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure supplier invoices are approved and correctly logged
Provide general administrative and office support as required
Assist with the control of financial and commercial aspects of the contract
Support the production of financial information and reports
Maintain and update manual and computer records within ISS areas of responsibility
Liaise with the site team and head office to ensure accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, particularly with data entry
Suitable for a recent graduate or someone early in their career
Friendly, balanced, and eager to learn
Outgoing, chatty, and confident communicator
Comfortable engaging with engineers, clients, and managers
Able to work well within a close-knit team
Willingness to complete repetitive or routine tasks with accuracy
