Crynodeb
To input patient data on the offsite medical records database in an accurate manner according to department policies. To be responsible for the co-ordination of notes sent & retrieved from offsite storage & recording of transactions. To coordinate the destruction of offsite medical records accordingly. To ensure all results are filed in patients notes in a timely manner, using the PIMS system to search for patient numbers where necessary.
