The Role

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse who is passionate about early years education and wants to feel valued, supported and excited about coming to work.

You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a well-resourced nursery with strong staffing levels and excellent support.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting children aged 0–5 years in line with the EYFS framework
Planning and delivering fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
Supporting children’s learning and development through play
Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
Working as part of a supportive room team with floating staff available
Working Hours

40 hours per week
4 or 5 days per week
Shifts between 7:30am – 6:30pm
No weekends
Requirements

Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
A genuine passion for childcare and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK
