What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality care for a client in their own home in Bristol.

This is a rewarding role supporting an individual with complex medical needs, requiring a confident and compassionate carer with proven experience.



About the role:

Providing care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis

Delivering care in the client’s own home

Following detailed care plans and clinical guidance

Working closely with healthcare professionals and family

Promoting comfort, dignity, and independence at all times





Essential skills and requirements:

Complex care experience (essential)

Home ventilation

Tracheotomy care

JEG feeding

Stoma care

Catheter care




Requirements:

Must be local to Bristol
Previous complex care experience
UK driving licence (preferred)

You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shifts
