Our client, a renowned primary school located in Bromley, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-time Primary School Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who is committed to nurturing the academic and personal growth of young learners.

As a Full-time Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students. You will work closely with your colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love of learning and instilling core values in your students.

In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that align with the National Curriculum and the school's educational objectives.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure effective and meaningful learning experiences for all students.
- Assessing student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback, and maintaining detailed records of each child's academic and personal development.
- Collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and the school's leadership team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's curriculum and teaching practices.
- Actively participating in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school-wide events to stay informed and contribute to the school's overall success.
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to explore, ask questions, and take risks in their learning.
- Effectively communicating with parents/guardians, providing them with updates on their child's progress and collaborating to support each student's needs.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification recognized in the United Kingdom.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Primary School Teacher, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving student achievement.
- Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters the holistic development of students.
