- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, particularly during transport.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle (essential).
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs or additional needs.
- Calm, patient and resilient, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Confident implementing positive behaviour management approaches.
- Reliable, flexible and professional in their approach.
- Available full-time (09:00-16:00, term-time only).
- Has the right to work in the UK.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working within alternative provision or specialist settings.

Overseas police checks may be required where applicable. Educato Limited is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
