12 months fixed term, with the possibility of extending after review.
24 hours per week - Specific terms and working pattern for this role to be agreed with the successful applicant. (Office Hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
You will provide administrative support within the regulatory and support services.
This involves sending reports to external professionals and requires a high degree of diligence. You will provide a first-class response to all calls, e-mails and online
enquiries, enhancing the experience of all callers and contacts to Grahams
Consultants and presenting a positive image at all times, in line with Grahams
Consultants values and behaviours.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
• Managing email in-boxes/communications, including follow up communication related to reports and feedback
• Supporting archiving processes
• Proofreading and reviewing documents and reports set to industry and
regulatory standards
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Booking appointments and meetings
• Supporting consultants and clients as and when required
• General office duties
• Ad hoc tasks, as and when required
• Previous experience of office administration
• Ability to work under pressure and to ensure deadlines are met
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills which are professional at all times.
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to plan workload
• Good communication skills
• Good team player
