Complex Care Support Worker
Area: Scunthorpe DN17
Salary: Days £13.00, & Sleep Nights £12.21
Hours: 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am
Shift Pattern: Mixture of day shifts and day/sleep shifts

We are looking for a Full Time Complex Care Support Worker for a gentleman in his own home with a spinal injury, he is extremely creative and is a renowned mouth painting artist who also has a love of rock music
He loves going out in the community to enjoy the countryside and visiting local cafes for coffee and cake

What we are looking for in You:
Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
Good time management & brilliant communicator
Key Responsibilities:
Personal care including washing, dressing & showering
Tracheostomy care
Ventilator
Cough assist
Intermittent oxygen
Nutrition & hydration
Catheter care
Bowel management
Medication
Skin & pressure care
Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
