Looking to step up in your drainage or utilities career? We’re recruiting an experienced CCTV Survey Crew Leader to lead a small team delivering CCTV surveys across the UK’s sewer network.

The Role:
A hands‑on, outdoor role leading CCTV drainage surveys and ensuring accurate defect identification and high‑quality reporting.
Daily duties include:
Operating CCTV survey equipment
Identifying defects and completing accurate reports
Working outdoors in all weather
Manual handling of manhole covers and equipment
Working in confined spaces and on highways
Navigating sewer networks using GIS
Travelling between sites and leading a small crew
Who This Suits?
Ideal for experienced: CCTV Drainage Engineers, Drainage Operatives, Survey Technicians, Utilities Field Technicians, or anyone with strong drainage/CCTV survey experience looking to progress into leadership.
Requirements:
OS19X qualification (essential)
Proven CCTV drainage survey experience
Confined spaces & NRSWA experience (certs preferred)
Strong communication & customer service skills
Comfortable with outdoor/manual work
Flexible with early starts, late finishes & occasional weekends
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass DBS + drug & alcohol testing
